At the same time, he also reported the matter to his superiors. After that, he carefully checked the surveillance. The surveillance started from my check-in the first day and continued until more than 7 o'clock in the morning of the next day. Finally, the vehicle that caused the accident was found. After that, he managed to get in touch with the owner of the vehicle that caused the accident, and repeatedly persuaded the owner to come to the hotel as soon as possible to deal with the responsibility determination and report the case to the insurance company with us. With his continuous efforts, we reached a consensus with the owner of the vehicle that caused the accident on the subsequent reporting and claims, and left Guiyang at more than 2 o'clock in the afternoon to start the next trip. Thanks to his efforts, the scratching of the car did not have much impact on the subsequent itinerary. A few days later, he called again to inquire about the progress of the claims, which made us feel very warm. Because of Jolin Tsai's concert, there are more guests staying, and it takes a while for the takeaway to be delivered to the room. All other aspects are good. The hardware facilities are good, and the software service can be improved a little bit.

Very pleasant experience, the VIP building should be renovated, very new, complete facilities, large and bright rooms. Qianling Mountain is outside the window (although there is a construction site nearby). Good service, fast response, small things such as charger plugs are provided by the hotel. Super satisfied!
